Physical products (hoodies, mugs, jewelry)
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at christinac90@yahoo.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Approved replacement/refund requests are processed to the original payment method. Standard processing time is 5-10 business days.
Digital products (printables, bundles)
Due to instant-access delivery, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. If you have a file-access issue, email support and we will help promptly.
Non-returnable conditions
- Requests sent after the 14-day window for physical-item defects
- Normal wear and tear or misuse
- Digital files already downloaded successfully
