Codee Terms

Scope

• Codee provides AI-assisted business tools, training, intake, previews, scans, delivery rooms, support packets, and paid hosted activation.
• Free or sponsored course flows can teach, preview, upload protected assets, and export proof packets.
• Generated client output, hosted routes, delivery rooms, Stripe-connected output, remote support, and managed support require Codee.chat enable, payment/session, activation token, or owner approval.

Customer responsibilities

• You must have permission to use uploaded logos, images, copy, offers, domain names, payment links, and guidebooks.
• You are responsible for legal, tax, medical, financial, advertising, product, and industry compliance for your business.
• Codee can assist with structure and proof, but does not guarantee revenue, traffic, sales, ranking, approvals, grants, or funding.

Delivery

• Each paid service should receive the deliverables listed in its Codee service contract and delivery room.
• Delivery rooms are the customer source of truth for product links, support updates, proof notes, and next-step options.
• Requests outside the selected service scope may require a revision, support plan, upgraded service, or separate invoice.
